Platinum Events Group is here to manage your day and put you at ease! Celebrate love without any stress! Wedding Management Service begins 8 weeks prior to the wedding day and includes:
We will find a time and place that works for you to meet in person to have an overview of your wedding.
1 in-person meetings to go over all the details of your big day.
We will travel to your venue to finalize the floor plan and schedule for your big day.
As you have contracted all your vendors, we make sure that everything is in order and concise so that all vendors contracts are fulfilled.
We will compile all the information (vendors, contracts, timelines, etc.) and create a Wedding Itinerary to share amongst your vendors to execute your wedding seamlessly day of.
We will provide our clients with a 1-hour rehearsal for their wedding party the week of the wedding to go through all final details of the ceremony and reception.
In our Wedding Management Package, we will provide a lead planner and an assistant for 10 hours to run the wedding day seamlessly to perfection.
Carly is an absolute gem! She and I connected via phone and from our first conversation I felt we immediately were in sync. I even had an audible sigh of relief when I hung up the phone! She had thorough checklists and itineraries from time of booking leading up to & including the wedding day, and sage advice & answers for my myriad of questions. I even had a last minute dress crisis approximately 1 month prior to our wedding date... she found a bridal shop that could accommodate me, I found my dream dress, and she took me to all the fittings and final dress pick up. Includes but not limited to: Venue, Florals and Décor, Photography, Videography, Celebrant, Music and Entertainment, Hair and Makeup, Wedding Attire, Wedding Cakes, Invitation and Stationery.
We go to bat for you! We will attend all vendor/venue meetings and will go through contracts with a fine-tooth comb to negotiate the best for you.

We interviewed a few wedding planners before meeting with Platinum Events Group. Once we had our initial meeting with Carly from Platinum, we knew that we wanted her and her team for our wedding.
